Professional Resource License

Who may use professional resources

Professional membership and caseload mentorship are intended for licensed pediatric and Early Intervention Occupational Therapists. A current individual member may use member tools to support their own reasoning and may provide resources specifically marked as caregiver handouts to families on their personal caseload.

Individual—not organizational—access

Membership belongs to one professional and may not be shared with colleagues, a school, clinic, agency, district, classroom, student group, or other organization. Separate organizational licensing may be offered in the future.

Not permitted

Member content may not be resold, republished, posted publicly, uploaded to shared drives or resource libraries, copied into another membership or commercial program, or used to build or train another product or model without written permission.

Client privacy

Do not enter or submit names, full dates of birth, addresses, schools, photographs, videos, medical records, or other identifying client information. Questions, examples, and mentorship requests must be de-identified.

Professional responsibility

Resources and mentorship are educational and are not clinical supervision, a standardized assessment, or a transfer of responsibility for client care. The treating professional remains responsible for evaluation, safety, consent, documentation, intervention decisions, referrals, scope of practice, and compliance with applicable laws, ethics, licensure requirements, and employer policies.
