For parents & caregivers

Understand more.
Support with intention.

You do not need every answer before you can help. Sarah’s parent education helps you slow the question down, notice the factors that may matter, and choose a general starting point that fits the situation you are seeing.

Supporting the supporter

Education that strengthens what happens between appointments—and in ordinary life.

Parents are already making hundreds of decisions inside routines, transitions, play, learning, and family life. Generic advice can miss the reason one child’s situation looks different from another’s.

Sarah’s approach begins with the age, activity, environment, relationships, and contrasts you describe. It helps you understand common components that may be involved, what you might notice next, and a manageable place to begin.

Relevant education can be personal to the question without becoming an evaluation of your child or an individualized occupational therapy plan.
